商务约会
不久我将要到德国去两个星期，主要是出差。我代表英国伯明翰的一家大医药公司，强生医药公司。我大部分时间将在德国北部向供应商、代理人和客户推销产品。
我希望在汉堡能有机会见到您。我们的研究和开发部经理要我给您写信，他希望我能见到您本人，或贵所化学和药品部一位有经验的人员。他给了我一叠文件，希望我能与您谈谈。
5月9日、20日和21日我将在汉堡，如果您的秘书能够安排一次会面，我将不胜感激。具体时间由您定。

Dear Sirs:
I shall be spending two weeks in Germany shortly, mainly on business. I
represent a large British pharmaceuticals firm, Johnson's, of Birmingham.
Most of the time will be spent travelling to our suppliers, agents and
customers in the North of Germany.
I would welcome the opportunity of seeing you while I am in Hamburg. Our
Research and Development Manager asked me to write to you, and he would
like me to meet either yourself of an experienced person in your Chemicals
and Pharmaceuticals Division. He has given me a folder of document． which
he would like me to discuss with you.
I shall be in Hamburg on the 19th, 20th and 21st of May inclusive, and
I would be grateful if your secretary could fix an appointment. The time
of day is unimportant.
