１．申请时，必须向国家技术监督局提交以下以文件：
At the time of application, the following documents must be submitted to SBTS:
（１）计 量 器 具 照 片
Photograph of the measuring instrument
（２）计 量 器 具 技 术 说 明 书
Technical instruction of the measuring imstrument
（３）计 量 器 具 总 装 图、主 要 结 构 图 和 电 路 图
General assembly drawings, and where necessary, drawings of important
constructional de-
tails and the circuit diagram
（４）技 术 标 准 文 件 和 检 验 方 法
Documentary technical standard and examination method
（５）申 请 单 位 对 样 机 所 做 的 测 试 报 告
Test report for the samples of measuring instrument taken by the applying
organization
（６）安 全 保 护 的 说 明
Description of the safety devices guaranteeing correct operation
（７）使 用 说 明 书
Operation manual
（８）提供检定和铅封的标志位置说明：
Description of positions provided for:
-Verification marks
-Sealing marks (where appropriate)
注：申请书和文件资料一式四份。其中一份申请书批准后将退给申请人
Note: The application forms and documents should be in four copies. One of the
application
forms will be returned to the applicant after approval.
２．需要进行定型鉴定的，申请人必须向国家技术监督局委托的定型鉴定单位提供一台
以
上的样机。定型鉴定后，全部样机由定型鉴定单位退还申请人。
If a pattern evaluation is reguired, the applicatnt is required to supply one
or possibly more
specimens of measuring instrument to the pattern evalvation organization
consigned by
SBTS.AII specimens will be returned by the pattern evaluation organization to
the applicant
after the pattern evaluation.
３．申 请 人 必 须 缴 纳 手 续 费 和 试 验 费。
Applicants must pay the service charge and test fee.
